Every time I go to Riccobene-Apex, I am so blessed with the staff. I have real dentist anxiety, as old as I am. However, I have been going here for 4 yrs and today the entire staff was different (Dr. Clark was still there). I felt anxious. I am used to Melissa as my hygienist (amazing). It started with the new front desk Office Manger (Jessica), warming, professional and inviting; then Joel the hygienist, patient, calming and considerate during the cleaning and Tabitha the dental assistant (a fill-in from the Durham Office), you would think she was right at home because she was my peace. If you are looking for a dentist office, I promise that you will not be disappointed!
Best Dentist I have gone to so far. All staff is very nice. My husband and I were able to get an appointment very quickly for being new patients. They got us in within the week. The staff also made it where my husband and I can go at the same time and day. I would recommend them 100%. ?
Whole family goes here - we have had wonderful experiences with the pediatric dentist, Dr. Martin. I was seen by Dr. Behairy today, no pain at all with a quick filling. The whole team is kind - whether it’s the front desk reception or in the back. ☺️
