I was scheduled for a visual field exam this morning at 10:20 at the Clayton office. I arrived at 10:15 only to discover that the Clayton office was closed. Seeking an explanation, I called the number given on the office door twice but received no help. The phone connection was so bad that I could not understand anything the person that answered the phone said. This has been extremely frustrating. It is also very unprofessional in my opinion. I have been a patient of Raleigh Ophthalmology for 20+ years. Other than occasional long waits I have never had a complaint until today. I would hope this never happens again.
The staff was very attentive, friendly and very professional. I had testing done and Iman walked me thru the steps that we would be taking and had a very relaxing & confident voice, which put me at ease. Dr Riske explained what he was looking for and why plus took the time to answer every question.
Dr. Chong recommended additional our procedure to lower eye pressure way down below what we had achieved over the last 10 years along with the eye drops, I do all approach. And I now enjoy extremely low pressure in both eyes for my glaucoma
