The actual visit went okay. The woman doing my nails didn't speak much at all to me, which is fine. I'm an introvert anyway. However, it seemed a bit painful as she was cutting my cuticles. I didn't think much of it since I was just trying to relax. However, it's been two days since going and so far I have two nails that are infected from the cuticle cutting. They are painful. Aside from this, the visit was fine-I liked my nails.

I went to la vie for about 10 months and at first the did really good but I felt like after a while they started to decline in service and I always made an appointment the staff was always rushed and people who would walk in would get service before I did

I was stuck between 3.5 stars and 4, so I upped it to 4.Overall the experience was great and my nails look amazing. The lady who did them tried it on one nail first to make sure she could do it (it’s dip ombré) and I loved it.She did end up accidentally cutting me with the nail drill but she felt really bad and was very apologetic. The only other downside was I didn’t get the full treatment, there was no cuticle trimming just several filings of my nails. It cost $50 which is pretty steep for not getting the full package a manicure is meant to have.I would probably still go back again because she did a beautiful job on my nails and all the staff are super friendlyServices:...read full review
