When I say top tier service I mean it. Laila’s salon is the Chick-fil-A of hair salons. Mesha was very friendly and personable. You can tell she’s educated in her craft. She made suggestions that tailored to the condition of my child’s hair instead of offering any and everything to raise the price. She always checked in to make sure that we were comfortable and made sure my daughter didn’t leave her chair until she was sure she loved her hair. Exceptional service, very cute shop, convenient location (if you love Starbucks and Waffle House her shop is a plus because they are literally in front of it. Overall I had a great experience and we will be back.

Laila’s salon is simply the best!!! Their atmosphere is warm, and professional! Mesha is an expert at hair braiding, coloring, curling hair and whatever you need. She listens and consults with all her customers and she is an expert at doing hair! If you are looking for an upscale salon with a down-home feeling and hair dressers at the Top of their game, this is the place for you!
