The worst subcontractor on my new home. It took them five trips to fix hollow tile and they left a complete mess all over my home mud, grout, grout dust and they feel like they don’t have to clean it up
Unprofessional, rude and not thorough with inspection. Floor pops multiple places and We are seeing big gaps on floor level (up to 0.5 inch with 4 feet floor level) and they claim as tolerance and didn’t even measure with scale or insert any object in gaps. Though slope is visible with naked eye they easily lie it’s all good.
Terrible customer service. A dozen emails, Five attempts at chatting, left messages on phone, one response about my address. That was 6 months ago. Completely unprofessional!! Do not use this company for anything!!
