I had great service from Oliver at Fox Dual for my refrigerator repair. He was quick to schedule my first service appointment and prompt to arrive. He is very good with communicating to his clients about his schedule and any delays. He ordered the needed parts while I was present and was correct about how long they would take to arrive. He clearly explained what was wrong with my refrigerator and how he would repair it . I could not have expected any better service. I Highly recommend him.

Oliver is great! He was prompt on getting back to me after my first inquiry, and was able to come out within the week. When I thought my dryer was done for- he got it up and running! Highly recommend

We are renters and our dishwasher threw up all over our kitchen floor a couple days ago. Our landlord sent all Fox Dual Services to repair the dishwasher. I don't get along with anybody and I complain about everything - but Oliver did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased. He was a few minutes early, he was professional, he was neat, he cleaned up his mess and he was peronable, he let me watch what he was doing and he answered a few questions for me. In fact, I like Oliver so much that we're going to have him come back and mount a TV in a really weird spot for us.
