Excellent Service from Fox Dual Services!

We had an issue with our Whirlpool washing machine and contacted Fox Dual Services for assistance. From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. The appointment was scheduled quickly for the very next day, which was greatly appreciated.

Oliver and April arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly assess the problem. They clearly explained the issue, answered all of our questions, and resolved the repair promptly and efficiently. I had great service from Oliver at Fox Dual for my refrigerator repair. He was quick to schedule my first service appointment and prompt to arrive. He is very good with communicating to his clients about his schedule and any delays. He ordered the needed parts while I was present and was correct about how long they would take to arrive. He clearly explained what was wrong with my refrigerator and how he would repair it . I could not have expected any better service. I Highly recommend him.

Oliver is great! He was prompt on getting back to me after my first inquiry, and was able to come out within the week. When I thought my dryer was done for- he got it up and running! Highly recommend
