This is a long overdue review but still much needed. Bill came out to my home to fix a blown out fuse on two separate occassions, after a storm. He didn't try to upsell me unnecessary services (like other electricians in the area) and his charges for his time and services were fair. He also provided education/explanations of the needed work (a rarity in the service industry) and tested each fuse to make sure they were functioning properly. To make full use of his time, he asked if there was anything else I needed and changed a second floor staircase lightbulb that had been out for quite some time which I had no way of changing myself. We had a great experience with Flowing Current Electric. We were unsure of how to resolve some lighting issues and Bill listened and made recommendations. He has completed the first phase of our project and we are very happy. Over the years we often had trouble getting contractors to show up, or even respond to phone calls, but Bill is a true professional (attentive, personable, prompt, and tidy). Fantastic service. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. You can tell he cares about his customers. Walked me through the scope of work and put in relatable terms. I must have called 3 or 4 electricians before getting to him and to be honest, he was the most courteous and professional of them all. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for electrical services in the Clayton/Raleigh area.
