These guys are amazing!!!!!!! They came and helped my daughter tonight. They diagnosed her problem and got her truck back running. Didn’t charge her a dime. This is absolutely top notch service. Earlier tonight on the way home from helping a friend, I was almost home and my husbands truck lost power while I was driving on Hwy 70 in Clayton. I was only about 5 minutes from home. I was able to get the truck off the road safely. A Clayton cop pulled in behind me to check on me, and after calling my husband and my parents, I called Five Star Towing to get towed back home. When the tow truck driver (I believe his name was Adam) and his coworker arrived, he spent some time gathering information about the history of problems we have had with the truck and popped the hood. He smelled a strong odor of gas outside and inside the truck and discovered the main line for the fuel pump had become disconnected. Him and his partner fixed the line to the truck and the truck started up just fine and we did not have to get towed. These men were so helpful and went above and beyond. I am so thankful for these men helping solve the problem. So many tow truck drivers would have just loaded up the truck without trying to help. They saved us $110 and refused to take any money as a tip in exchange for a review. If you ever need any towing services in Johnston County, NC, I highly recommend this company!
