Dr. Lord is amazing! I had seen 2 other podiatrists before him that could not fix my foot pain. Dr. Lord got it fixed in 2 appointments and was very knowledgeable. The only thing to note is he usually runs an hour behind, so plan on waiting for him.
I made an appointment at 8:30 am. My appointment was at 12:15. I arrived early. I was called back right away less than five minutes. The nurse was so pleasant and wonderful, she did my x-rays and I went into the room less than five minutes later PA Coggins showed up. He was professional, kind, and gave me great information. I received a shot, handouts appointments for PT and was out the door in less than a half an hour. Also, every time I’ve been at their office with my husband, they have been incredibly professional! Highly recommend Emerge Ortho!
Went to EmergeOrtho Clayton to ensure my son hadn’t broken his finger while playing during recess. EmergeOrtho was easy to book an appt online, check-in went smoothly and we were called for our appointment within 5 minutes of arriving. The PA (Austin) was friendly and specific with my concerns. Would definitely recommend this facility!
