This was my first visit. My technician was Holly, who I believe is the owner with her husband. I had read some of the negative reviews but decided to go nonetheless. On 6/7 I had manicure with gel polish and a pedicure with regular polish. The gel manicure only started to peel a few days ago and the toes are in tact. It could be the technician why some of these reviews are negative, but also it could be how you take care of the nails. I use gloves a lot in the kitchen. I'll be going back but will make my appointment with Holly. Expensive manicure with cheap gel polish. My first time here and it was an overall pleasant experience. However, I do not like that I would have been charged $15 to get my gel polish removed had I opted for the regular polish. The only way to avoid the fee was to pay for gel polish on my nails. Well, I decided to get the gel polish because according to the mail techs it last longer than regular polish. Well, I got regular polish on my toes and no chip in sight. This was my second visit and when I tell you, I had the best time/pedicure and conversation with the owner of the shop. I will most definitely return to their establishment. Oh, and the prices are very, very reasonable!!
