My experience with this establishment was phenomenal. From the moment you walk thru the doors you feel the professionalism but compassion from the entire staff. Even though I had to stop my treatment a little early, I gained knowledge about the excercises I can do on my own. The issues that I was experiencing have improved greatly. I would recommend Tyler and Melissa for physical therapy.
This is a practice where the patient comes first. The entire staff are always courteous and friendly and go out of their way to accommodate the patient, even when it might be last minute. Dr. Tyler Smith is very easy to converse with and openly discusses the course of treatments. If the patient has a question(s), he will answer in a manner that is easy to understand and the pros and cons or even indicate that a treatment is not recommended with the reasons. Both my wife and I receive treatments and are extremely satisified. We have spoken with other persons about this practice and highly recommend it.
I was researching and found Carolina Spine and Disc Center in my searches. After years of bouts with pain in my neck and upper back causing headaches, sleeplessness, poor range of motion, and general ability to not being able participate in activities I usually did, I reached out to Tyler and his team. Best decision I ever made! After trying so many things to get relief without success (medications, exercises, rest, surgery, massage, cupping, etc.) All of these brought relief for short periods of time but always returned.
