The services team here is absolutely amazing. We were in Maine with a broken fridge (that was still under warranty) and minimal help from our trailer manufacturer. We were heading to Hickory, NC so called Blue Compass in Hickory to see if they could help. Our turnaround time for a new fridge from the manufacturer went from 10 days to 3 days and it was waiting for us when we pulled into the state. They installed immediately and we continued on our way. I think it was quicker than our usual stops for diesel fill up and lunch. I can't say enough about Jessica and the team here.

Had a great experience with our first ever purchase of an RV. Bought a Class B Ram EB and Ben was our sales person. This team goes above and beyond. They worked with us on timing as we were coming from out of state to pick up the RV. Ben even met us at the airport in Charlotte and gave us a ride to the dealership saving us the Uber fare. Doug walked us through the inspection and was very patient allowing us to have a hands on experience by working the controls ourselves and videoing his demonstration. Since buying the RV we have had a great time preparing for our first real adventure. I want to think everyone at Blue Compass and we will always recommend Ben and his team.
