My travel trailer refrigerator stopped working. After checking everything that I could/should, I called the dealership's service department. They said they will try to look at it before the Christmas holidays but manufacturer's are closed for Christmas and/or New Year week. So if the problem needed parts shipped from the manufacturer it may be a wait. I took it in anyway today because I stay in my trailer for work and I needed it repaired ASAP. They were going to take out the refrigerator and send me back without a refrigerator while they diagnose mine. Upon removing the refrigerator from the slide they saw two lose wires. After connecting it, the refrigerator was working again. Thankfully they understood they importance of my trailer and took the time to fix the problem.
My experience was wonderful at Blue Compass. I worked with Jimmy and he was a breath of fresh air compared to other places I have been. They did everything they said they would and more. Can’t say enough about my experience here. I would definitely recommend your next RV purchase to be from here!
Bought a 2026 popup camper from a dealer in Florida. Had nothing but issues with them. Used camper three times and it was leaking in all four corners. Dealer said it wasn't covered under the warranty. I.only had the camper for 90 days. Said warranty on that was for 60 days.
I took my camper to Blue Compass RV in Hickory NC. They fixed the leaks under the warranty and did not charge me anything! They were very professional and customer oriented! So I had some additional accessories added and had them do the work. They did an OUTSTANDI NG JOB!
