We contacted Ranchside because we needed to help our senior dog go to heaven. Every single part of the process went so smoothly. The receptionists were kind and the veterinarian and tech who came out were amazing. They gave us all the time we needed, didn’t rush us and they explained the process with compassion. We chose to use Pet Pilgrimage for cremation and then we were able to pick up his remains at Ranchside. A week later, Ranchside sent the nicest sympathy card with their employees’ signatures. This experience was absolutely a 10/10. They made an emotional and painful process as simple and beautiful as they possibly could. Thank you, Ranchside.
