Maple is a 15-year old terrier mix and boarded here for the first time. They took great care of her! She ate well and came prancing out to greet me. They pampered her and bathed her with a mild shampoo that smells like vanilla pound cake. What a relief that they took such good care of her while I was away. Shhhh….don’t tell too many people so they will have room for Maple next time!

Lydia is hands down the best person for a curly cut I have ever had. Have been to several. She spent a lot of time on the education portion from start to finish. I have never left a curly cut where I don’t go home and rewash and style. Not today. I was so happy with the experience. Lydia is fantastic!

Had me a massage today. Haven't had a professional one in about 6 years. Was looking for a new place somewheres closer to my home so I didnt have to travel to long get one. I was so over due for one for sure. Lots of knots and pain built up. Well, while I was driving I ffounda place called massage by Jennifer and called and made an appointment. She was very professional, the surroundings were a peacful setting and I felt very relaxed and comfortable there. She asked me about my pain and discomforts before hand. Then she really worked my troubles spots. I been having issues for a while and was not listening to my body and keeping up with the attention it needs. I had a 30 minute massage. Doesn't sound like a long time but it worked for me. I felt them troubles areas as she worked on them, tas sore but it felt good sore. Only left 5o be sores when I left was my neck and shoulders, but a good sore. She did an awesome job. By the time I got home which was an 8 minute drive the soreness already calmed down. I'm definitely coming back. I am glad I found her and definitely recommend her. Thanks again Jennifer.
Thai Phuih and Di Siu from Charlotte, NC, were SO helpful when they came out to diagnose an issue we were having with our septic tank. They worked hard and very quickly found the issue and fixed it right away. Wind River is extremely lucky to have such experienced and hard workers on their team! I'm very grateful for their help and they will definitely be my first choice for any septic needs going forward!
Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, but I want to give a shout out to Justin he pointed out several things that needed to be repaired that I did not know and it was greatly appreciated. I'm taking my other vehicle there tomorrow as a matter of fact to get the oil changed as well. They do great work and the customer services exceptional. Thank you all for your help.

She is always very flexible and willing to work with my schedule when scheduling my appointments. The salon is very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, as well.
