Over many years, I have visited Pet Heaven twice, to have our cat cremated. The first time was a Friday after Thanksgiving, and what I got when I called was a sincere care for my situation and the owner simply told me to come by with my cat. I was really surprised, considering the holiday. A couple of hours later, everything had been taken care of, and I had the urn with my cat in it.Just this past weekend, at 3am Sunday, our cat passed away. I hadn't been to Pet Heaven in many years, but I called, and I got exactly the same caring treatment, on a Sunday afternoon.
