I haven't been here in years so I can't speak on how it is now. However, when I went, my yoga class was enjoyable, centering, and intimate enough to get individualized attention even in a group setting.
I went to my first class this past Monday. The instructor was great. It was flow yoga but she winded down at the end so I left feeling extremely relaxed. The room is beautiful. There are other groups that use the office so it was a little noisey at first. It didnt bother me but I'm sure some people would be distracted.
