Our THREE fur babies received excellent overnight care! While away for 5 days, we were continually updated with photos which was awesome as we missed our dogs so much. Our doggies were kept on their feeding, walking, and playing schedule. It can be uneasy to have a stranger enter while you’re away and even stay in your home but John took all those concerns away. He took the time out of his day to meet the dogs and become familiar with our home before staying overnight which really set our mind at ease. We thought it was a reasonable price for the quality of care our doggies received and would happily welcome Wags and Kisses back into our home the next time we are away.

After having some truly horrible experiences with other dog walking companies, my boyfriend did some research and found Wags N Kisses! We’ve been using them for about a year now and I genuinely can not say enough amazing things about them. Anna understands dogs better than anyone we’ve ever used. She’s extremely professional and our dogs are always EXHAUSTED after their walks. Which is what we want! She recently watched our two dogs and cat while we were away in Italy and we’ve never felt more at peace about being away from them. She sent us daily photos but still gave us space to enjoy our vacation. Our house was also immaculate when we got home! I HIGHLY recommend this business because they truly care and it shows. Edit: The second from last time we used this service, I suspected they didn't come as agreed. So, I set up a camera for the final service trip over the Christmas holiday. As suspected, Anna only came 1 time out of the 5 days to feed our cats.They issued a refund, but they didn't have to view the pictures of my cats waiting for their food. I'm not removing all the stars because I know what that does to a business. I am however removing some.We have used this service 3 times and each time they took good care of our kitties. We received daily pictures, which alleviated any anxiety we had. Our mail and newspapers were waiting for us on our kitchen counter too! We will be using them again soon!

Wags N’ Kisses took the best care of our cat. John visited in advance to meet him and get all the details of his care. I felt totally comfortable and confident that our cat received friendly, competent and compassionate visits during our absence. Their professional online site is easy to use and makes communication simple. I will definitely use Wags N’ Kisses again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Anna and her visit with our pups. She truly went above and beyond; we got daily puppy pics and updates, she spoon fed our little pup (bit spoiled and bit of a picky eater) and left the house super tidy when we returned. She even got our mail! Anna truly went above and beyond for us and our puppies and we are now a forever customer. I selfishly didn’t want to write a 5-Star review because I want to keep her to myself, but the world needs to know how great Anna is!

We recently moved to the Charlotte area and found Wags N Kisses! The owner, John, was amazing and was so sweet with our 10 year old pup. She took to him right away and we knew she was in great hands while we were out of town. He sent daily reports and pics of our girl. Look no further if you’re in need of a great pet sitter.
