I have been going to VIP nails at the Arboretum for the past 12 years. The owners are kind as are many of their manicure technicians. I most often go to Mike who is very attentive to requests. He treated my mom with such kindness and as recent as today the owner Cici assisted a client in a wheelchair ( along with a family member) to safely get to and be transferred to her car. You do not see this care in a salon often. Despite any poor reviews, I highly recommend giving VIP nails a chance.
This place was quick and took me within an hour of close and I was out in 45 minutes.. and did exactly what I wanted. They nailed the shape of my nails well as gave me suggestions on color and a cool matte pattern. Mike was awesome and I will be back!
I have been coming to this salon for weeks and every person who has done my nails has had excellent customer service and have always listened to my requests. My nails always look great because of VIP Nails in Arboretum and I would like to thank Anna especially, for her kindness and great job on my nails!!
