This place is awesome, it has everything you need for training in your particular sport. We were there for baseball, but I saw golf, basketball, strength training, football, etc. Having an indoor facility like this really gives people options for practicing in all weather. Wish we had this in Rock Hill!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would - what a blessing to have such an incredible place to train. I’ve been working with Stafford, and wow - he is an absolute BEAST and knows exactly how hard to push. And the best part is I feel completely safe here - clean, plenty of space to social distance, and the music is fire. Highly recommend this to anyone that is serious about playing sports or getting in shape.

It is a nice place. The team enjoyed their practice that would have otherwise been canceled by the weather. The only real drawback is their waiting room for the parents is extremely small for such a large facility.
