vera is a gem. she truly cares about your lashes and you leaving with a great result. we've tried new things along our ~year together and i've never left disappointed. i love waking up from a good nap to the most well placed lashes ever. she takes her time and she listens. her pricing is super reasonable, honestly low in my opinion for the quality you're getting. literally the best.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Another place I went to get my lashes tinted and lifted overturned them. I called Vella to see if they could fix it and Vera worked with me to try and fix them and made an appointment. Vera was patient and kind and fixed my lashes. They look better than ever. Thank you!! Will definitely go back to have them done again when time.

Absolutely Incredible! She not only does your lashes beautifully, she shows you how to keep yours healthy, can't have great lashes without healthy ones. I have been 3 times and I already see a huge difference. Complete game changer. Charlotte's best kept secret
