We had a great experience bringing our 10 yr old cat to this location. The room had chirping bird sounds and they sprayed Feliway on a towel and draped it over the crate to calm our cat before being assessed. Dr. Breton Anderson and Mckenzie were wonderful in communicating and caring for our pet, and were able to do everything right there in the room - which I was thankful for. Some clinics whisk your pet away to a different area and you don't get to see what's going on. I hope Dr. Anderson and Mckenzie see this review because we are truly grateful and appreciate their service.

They were phenomenal. They made our beloved good boi’s passing as comfortable as possible. All the staff/the doctor was so kind/gentle with our pup. They have a beautiful space to say goodbye and so many thoughtful comfort items. This was a terrible day for our family but this Urgent Vet was such a blessing. We are so grateful.
