Visited with my mom for my birthday. We were offered tea/water/wine and seated in the waiting area. It’s not really a quiet room as the door to get in the establishment is right there. And there are beaded curtains that are pretty noisy when staff is moving about. I requested lockers, not sure if it would’ve been offered. Both of our massages were just okay, the hot stone addition was more of a rub down the whole time, less massage. Not really a massage WITH stones. The facials though, AMAZING. I was treated to a couples massage by my boyfriend on 9 May. It was my first spa experience and it was heavenly. Everyone on the staff was amazing and my massage was so good I melted into the table. I'm addicted now and I can't wait to go back.
There were two things that prevented this from being a 5 star review.
1. My boyfriend called to book our spa and the hot stones we requested were not included. I was most looking forward to this and it didn't happen. We were not charged for it so no harm no foul.

🤗I highly recommend Urbana Spa. I received a deep tissue massage from Brandon last month and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Professional service and great results. I'll definitely be back!
