Awesome instructors and family oriented lessons. We love going to classes every time and my son has gained so much confidence and martial arts skills in just a few months. We are committed on our path to Black Belt with UpLevel!
Absolutely love the instructors at this studio!! They have really helped our family bond over doing martial arts together!! My initial thought was to just send my kiddos but I was invited to participate and it has been an incredible uplifting experience! I thought I missed this boat so to speak not doing martial arts when I was a kid, but I am currently on the way to my black belt along with my children! The best part is I get to do something athletic with my kids instead of just watching from the sidelines. Not to mention meeting some great friends along the way!

I've seen a lot of action movies. So, I think my idea of what Uplevel Martial Arts does, was a bit off. After 2.5 years, I have not learned how to become a dangerous killing machine who can fight an entire warehouse of ninjas, effortlessly. However, I have learned how to be a healthier, more confident person, through the process of learning how to defend myself.
There's also the community. I wasn't expecting to develop bonds and friendships with the people who put me in choke holds... but it happened. I've seen parents develop stronger connections with their kids. You also fight a lot of internal battles, and get to witness everyone... read full review
