My wife and I have been going here for several years and also refered our adult kids. About 1 year ago we had an issue with a receptionist and did a formal complaint. This past Friday 4/17/2026 I was in for my yearly check up with Doctor Hannah which we adore. While checking out around 07:30 am I witness a black female receptionist get very loud, angry at a very calm male patient. I witnessed other coworkers trying to calm the black female do we n which did not work and she continued to cuss and yell at the patient which ended up walking out.
