I have had a very positive experience with United Water Restoration Group for water damage restoration. They responded very quickly and everyone I have worked with has been very professional and has the skills to do the job right. A special shout out to Jay – He’s been on site the most and in addition to his knowledge and skill, his customer service attitude is really great. I wouldn’t hesitate to use United Water Restoration Group again.
Hot water heater leaked water everywhere overnight and they came immediately and got to work. LA Rob and team were professional, courteous, and clearly experts dealing with the situation. Absolutely would recommend to anyone who needs their services.

They were onsite to help in less than an hour. They were out quickly and got straight to work assessing the damage. Communication was great — every single time they were coming, they called ahead with a 30-minute warning.
The team was thorough beyond what I expected.
