Distasteful, awfully insulting, and completely disgraceful customer service. The receptionist who is supposed to welcome customers by the name of ******* has made what was once a pleasant experience the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in life. From her body language, to her tone of voice and verbiage releases was outrageously unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone visit this business and voluntarily put themselves in a place to be treated this way. Even the manager approved of and advocated for the unacceptable behavior.

The prices here are much cheaper than any other place in charlotte so i was a little skeptical at first but my tech was nice and friendly and really did a great job. I took a star off bc hair started growing back after a few days which ive never experienced before but i will still be back!
