I had a rather unique experience at this store. From the time I walked in, the team was sweet, complimentary and asked if I needed help. I took them up on it. But the girl who tried to help me went to check if this perfume was in stock, came back told me it wasn’t and asked me if I wanted to try a different kind???!! Ummm, no…I want what I asked for. She had no clue when the next shipment would be in or when it would be restocked. I want to give a 5-star rating to Sathia at the Steele creek ulta she was very nice she took her time out of other things she probably need to do. My family came in from Laurel, MS and my aunt has a hard time looking for makeup to fit her skin, Sathia took the time to spend with her and show her the colors she needed. I’m am very appreciative for her for that. Thank you for that.

Went in there today with my mom and the customer service was next level. My mom had a stroke a few months ago, and I am not a makeup person (so basically the blind leading the blind). She needed several items refilled (some so old they had been discontinued). The experience manager, Tisamarie, did an awesome job and helped both of us find either updated versions of what my mom had, or very close dupes color wise. I had tried to do the same myself online and had failed. I’m very grateful to still have access to in person shops like this - Tisamarie turned what could have been a stressful experience into a delightful one. Thank you. ?
