I have to give props to a Black employee named Kelly. Wow. I’ve had trouble color matching my skin for 8 years. A lot of makeup brands have too much orange in their foundation (especially Fenty). After dozens of employees at Ulta and Sephora over the years tried to help- Kelly is the FIRST to find the solution. She recommended adding blue pigment to my foundation to cancel out the orange. When I got home and tried it, I cried- It worked. I’ve spent $100’s color matching over the years and I can finally use the actual products I bought. Thank you Kelly. (I’m the girl who originally had to decide which eyebrow pomade to use).

I always been an Ulta customer for many many years, I do my hair and I also buy all my hair products and cosmetics needs from there. Because I have been out of town for a while I called the salon for an appointment and they booked me for a hair color with a girl named Dianna Kabor. She did my hair and it was a great experience. I was generous too. yesterday I went for my six weeks retouch appointment at 1:00pm, but due to an emergency I knew that I can't make it on time so I called the salon to ask if I can come fifteen or thirty minutes late and the girl told me that there is a fifteen minute grace period if I can make it during that time and It... read full review

I made an online purchase, and they actually had the items in stock. Not like 2 other local Ulta places that allowed me to place the order, pay then cancel with no notice. My items were ready for pickup within 1 hour. Great experience!
