Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location. I needed a wash with my service and my braider was extremely rough with my hair. She began to comb my hair while dry & dirty (this causes breakage) the wash was rushed, when she blow dryed my hair she did not part it into sections just began senselessly taking the dryer comb through my tangled hair (no detangle process) I had to stop her several times. My parts in my braids are bigger in the back than in the front and I noticed another stylist doing this to another client while I was there. I did not notice this on my own head until I was home and I drove all the way from Greensboro for this. Even when she would comb my hair for parting she wouldn’t start at the ends and make her way down which causes more breakage. I can say overall the ladies were nice but I do think they need a lesson on natural hair care. $300 and I received partial sizing that I paid for.

I didn’t completely agree because my hair was the same length the last time they braided it, but rather than argue, I went along with their recommendation.

The appointment took all day, and throughout the process I repeatedly told the braider that my hair was too tight. Despite saying something, the braiding continued the same way. When I was finished, I honestly wasn’t...read full review

I walked in at 10am on a Tuesday and was able to get seated immediately! I got a wash, blowdry, and Smedium boho knotless box braids done (brought my own extensions) and was out the door at 5pm. My braiders, Zola and Fatou, were very kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process!! I never had this style done so well and full before.

When the prices on the website become updated and more clear, I'll change my review to 5 stars. Everytime the staff randomly changed the prices, it feels like bad business as if they're trying to rip you off even if it truly is unintentional. I heard a ton of clients annoyed about it during the whole time I was there. The AC...read full review
