I would have given it 5 stars but the employees are more concerned with following people and talking on their mics than asking customers do they need help. I love the layout and the place is huge, but offer help to ur customers and don't just having people walking around trying to catch someone doing wrong. Good trustworthy people shop at ur store too
Great store with just about beauty supplies for everyone. It's unfortunate that you can't try on wigs, and it's hard to find help, and when you do, the service is rushed.
I worked with Jada last Friday night looking for a wig without any experience. She was so incredibly sweet and helpful during the process despite being close to the end of the day. She really made me feel comfortable in a situation that I was unsure of. I wish that there were more people like her in general but especially in retail. She's the best!
