I drive far from the south side in the rain bec they were the only beauty supply advertised to be open til 9pm. I pull up yesterday (saturday) at 8pm and they were closed. Very upset and of course they have a big sigh saying black owned and operated SMH

Customer service was very good. They have alot of variety. I went to purchase a wig but they won't allow anyone to try it on beforehand. I ended up making a different purchase and was satisfied.

The fact that they stay open an hour later than the other stores is a huge plus! They have an extensive inventory and selection of hair. The guy behind the counter (owner I imagine) was extremely courteous and helpful. I will be back!
