First time coming to get a wax and I must say I had a great experience. Mercedes was so sweet, she did a phenomenal job! I would definitely recommend her to anyone for their waxing needs. I will be back!
Very clean, professional and the setup is so pretty inside. I was so scared the first time I went here. She walks you through the process step by step and once everything is done. You feel nice, smooth and pretty.
Mercedes is super skilled and efficient! She’s officially my wax person since I’ve moved to Charlotte. In addition to being personable and skilled, her set up is super clean, organized and most importantly No Double Dipping of wax sticks. I highly recommend her.
