I've lived in Charlotte for the past 18 years and have been hopping between salons the whole time. Now that I have found Jody at the Venue, I'm not going anywhere else :) Here is what makes Jody and her place so fantastic: 1. It is small. It's in an adorable old house and there are never more than 2 customers at a time. It's not loud or chaotic, Jody really takes her time focusing on each customer. 2. This is absolutely the best place I've ever been to get my hair done. Jody Spears is awesome! She listens closely to what you want and makes suggestions but still does what you want her to do. You never walk out with some weird, unexpected do that you hate. The atmosphere is so peaceful and calming from the hardwood floors to the greenish-blue walls. Jody is also careful about staying with her schedule so I've never had to wait more than a few minutes and she gets my hair cut and colored in less than 90 minutes and it always looks just great!
