**** UPDATED REVIEW***
I previously gave a 1 star rating based on my experience (see below). The salon immediately responded that they offer a warranty and to go back to get my nails fixed, which I did. A young woman named Shayla fixed my nails and they are so much better and exactly what I expected. She drilled down the thickness of the acrylic and she filed them shorter and to a square shape that I asked for the first time but didn’t get. And FYI… about the cuticles not being cut. I have been to this salon multiple times and every time has been AMAZING! I recently moved to Charlotte last fall and have been looking for a reliable clean and friendly salon. Every pedicure I have gotten here has been great and lasted such a long time. the last time i came here i was getting my birthday nails done. The owner and his fiancée were absolutely welcoming and sweet. they took the time to perfect my nails and engage in good conversation even though i was the last person in the salon!! His work on my nails was GREAT. this is definitely my go to salon in Charlotte now. I 100% recommend!!
Great experience. Got a dip/black french tip manicure from Hai and he was fantastic. I think Shayla painted the tips? And she was perfect. Highly recommend and would go there again.
