The best laundromat! The staff is very professional and friendly. They keep the place clean. Always a good money saving promotions going on. They give back to the customers. This year for Christmas they doubled my money if you use their app. Great business. Oh and the dryers get Hot!
The ladies at the laundry room in Charlotte were amazingly helpful, especially Madison and the other lady. Both very knowledgeable and helpful with working the laundry and the laundry day app would definitely recommend this facility
This place is an absolute gem! When I was in the process of finding a place here in Charlotte and traveling, I went online to find a place to do laundry rather than hotel facilities that are often inadequate. The machines were fast, clean, and effective, but I decided to try their wash and fold service as a lark, and wow! The turnaround time is unreal! I have literally been notified in less than two hours almost every time. It’s stellar! The clothes come back pristine and folded so beautifully that it would make a basic training drill instructor complimentary! But the best part might be the price.
