This is the only place I will go and Charlotte for tailoring. In fact I live out of state part of the year and save my tailoring to be done here. I have had quite a few items ruined at other tailors where after taking them in or taking them up they did not fall right or fit right. Everything I have ever had tailored here fits perfectly.Service: Pants alterations

I had a suit pant altered recently but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work done on the band so I took it back in immediately to be fixed. Two days later I went to pick it up and was told I shouldn’t bring anymore work to their establishment because they can only do a job once. I was very surprised, so please be aware that if you’re not completely satisfied with a their alterations or repairs, they’ll refuse future services.Service: Alterations

If you are getting something altered, I would suggest asking for the cost up front. If I had done so, I would have went elsewhere. This business is incredibly overpriced. I’m not unhappy with the work but could have gotten the same alteration at another business for half the cost. I will not return here.
