I was nervous getting my lashes done the first time, but Kaitlyn is AMAZING! She walked me through each process and now I am hooked. I live a good ways away, but I still make the drive every 2 weeks just to get them done by her. ❤️❤️

I’ve been going to the Lash Lounge for almost a year now and the reason I return every 2 weeks is because of Leah. I actually travel further to the Southpark location because of her. She’s always consistent and super knowledgeable!

I love the look of the lashes after every one of Leah's applications; but even more so, I love her technique and demeanor. She is gentle, thorough and explains what she is doing, so there are no surprises. She is also friendly, while respectful that sometimes I just want to fall asleep while she is working on my lashes. I always leave feeling good about my lashes and about a connection I have made with someone.
