Arrived later than planned, but communicated delays well. Completed the work within same day. One issue noted and that was promptly fixed within the next 48 hours. Very pleased overall.

TFL Did an outstanding job while onsite for some door troubleshoots/repairs that we had at a customers site. The tech was very professional and had the skillsets needed to get the doors back online as quickly as possible. I will definitely reach back out to TFL for future work!!

Responded quickly to requests for a quote and provided a very competitive price. The actual technician showed up about 4 hours later than expected, but that's not unusual for service work, so not a big deal. Tech was helpful, polite, hardworking, explained everything he was doing and when he needed guidance on whether to do something or not, he asked clear questions and explained the potential consequences of either course of action. Office was responsive via emails.
