I’ve had my termite service with these guys for over 15 years. Been termite-free the whole time. We had an annual inspection done recently. I took one star off because we made an appointment for the renewal inspection, and someone came out and all they could do was check the bait stations on the outside of the house. My wife asked them to come inside and do the inside inspection and they said, we can’t do that. That’s somebody else. So I had to call again, and set up another time for someone else to come back out to view the inside of the place. That’s just silly. They should just have one person who can do it all at one time. Other than that, no issues.
