I called to inquire about an eyelash refill and was told it's $250 which is ridiculous. The representative was not pleasant to talk to either. I would look elsewhere for eyelash services.

I called Ten by Ten Lashes to find out information regarding the re-lash process and spoke to Tracy. She was very rude, confrontational and uninformative about their services. Tracy informed me that my lashes could have been applied wrong and that Ten by Ten "could not help me". Like the previous review states, it seemed more like a sales pitch then providing customers with information and wanting customers to do business with this organization. I would not waste your time or money with Ten by Ten Lashes unless you want to talked down to and treated rudely. Reach out to LashMeNow.
