“This is the place to go! I made an appointment for my birthday at a different salon to get my ears pierced and they ended up canceling on me when I was pulling up to their store. I called like 15 different piercing places they couldn’t take me today and when I called Krazy Kats She took me right away and was so sweet and respectful even walked me through why none of my previous piercings were healing correctly. “Great customer service went in on a Sunday around 4:49pm after making my appointment showed up filled out intake paperwork and waited for my artist to draw up the design for my tattoo, we made sure the placement was correct.
