I called about 40 min prior to showing up & they took me as a walk-in. I waited for maybe 7 minutes, if that. The staff was nice, the space was clean, & my wax came out perfect. 10/10 experience.
Thank so much for helping me get through my first wax after a few years taking a break. I had a bad experience with a previous waxer and Jennifer made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and left me with tricks and tips for my next appointment. I’ll definitely be back.
I discovered this location after relocating from Houston, Texas, and it has been extremely convenient due to its proximity to my home. Overall, I have had a positive experience with this company; however, I would like to share two concerns for consideration.
First, I believe there may be an opportunity for additional coaching or guidance around customer service. I am a regular client and typically schedule my services with Rayly, who is consistently professional, gentle, and exceptional in her care.
