I typically book classes through ClassPass and I love the price and the location. The studio itself is not very spacious so during peak hours it gets pretty packed, but I love the classes and highly recommend the workouts! An easy parking too
Madison did such an amazing job teaching the fire flow 2! I loved the mix of both faster and slower paced movements as well as many variations if you’re facing an injury or need modifications. I’ll definitely be back! 😊
This studio was phenomenal. My partner and I did the 6am hot yoga class and both of us felt like it matched our experience levels. I would definitely recommend this studio for people that are beginner level (like me) or have been practicing a while (like her). I also can't say enough about the staff. They are exceptional.
