The service is even better than the hair cuts. And I think the haircuts are pretty great.

Totally Ruined the haircut ask in 5 mins. Not understanding the hair cut request and reducing the hair length to the exact opposite of what was requested. I am Fine with being patient to translation but doing something erroneous and never be apologetic or ask for remedy is horrible experience. Noone from the store questioned on this when given feedback and that totally makes this even disappointing and worse. I asked for MVP but the stylist dint even understand what MVP is after repeating multiple times and dint even flinch to the request. Second time this is happening here in this location. First time at-least the store manager was reactive and made sure i was ok but this time they were just laughing and waiting for me to pay and leave. That tells the level of importance given to clients. I would give anything less than 1 but rating 1 being the least option here.
