Reviews
Love the relaxing atmosphere and could really feel the benefits of doing the sauna twice a week for one month. I will definitely go back and do this again. The staff is really great too. 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
One of the best sauna experiences in charlotte! With a tv and speakers in the sauna, you can lay back and listen to your favorite show, music, or relaxing sounds. They have a eucalyptus towel for you to cool off with at the end of your session and it is a fantastic experience! I also really enjoy the light therapy. The different colors offer different benefits.
