I recently had the pleasure of dropping in and meeting Kaylan, the office manager, who was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming—even though I accidentally interrupted her breakfast! I was highly impressed by how seamlessly she manages the showroom, the importance they put into solving their customers wants/needs and of course the energy and atmosphere there immediately made me want to partner with Space Floors both professionally and personally. Product: Proximity Mills LVP flooring
This is my second time working with Kaylan at Space Floors; I walked in with a basic working knowledge of what brand of LVP I wanted; she had full knowledge of the brand and shades available, and advised me at each step. I did the install myself, but I relied on Kaylan several times for advice on how to proceed. That advice has always been sound, and always based in what would facilitate the best outcome for the floor and for the foot traffic on it. Think old school work ethic. The customer really comes first with this company. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. I had flooring issues with tiles lifting and they knew exactly how to handle it. Also helped keep me calm through it. I highly recommend them, they go above and beyond. Five stars isn’t even enough!
