I was a client of theirs for laser hair removal and I would NOT recommend. I am a white female with thick, dark brown hair, aka their “perfect candidate” and left after 7 treatments with only about 20% success. I had 3 appointments with the PA, Shane, who was very knowledgeable and professional. I was billed out-of-pocket for my services at an agreed upon price at the point of service. I continued to receive bills as if I hadn’t paid to the point of harassment. The staff was unhelpful resolving this as well as their billing department, to the point I’ve had to file suit against them to resolve. All was a waste of my time and energy, but it seemed the billing errors were intentionally a run around and not wanting to resolve.
