We love Social Pet Hotel in Charlotte! We love the report cards they send daily and I appreciate all the ways they accommodate. My only frustration this recent time was I had set up a grooming service on the day we would pick up our pups and somehow communication fell through the cracks and they were not groomed. I had set up the reservation and grooming details over the phone about a week prior to dropping them off for a weekend. Usually I would double check at drop off but my husband had dropped them off and I had just assumed it would happen based on communicating I wanted grooming done when I set the appointment. Everything else is great!
Social Pet Provides a loving, safe environment for my pet for daycare and boarding. I never have to worry when my pet is there. I know that they are taking care of, loved and happy.
I was recommended by Maddy who works at the Pineville location last year when I tried to drop off my dog at our regular boarding spot that had suddenly closed without notice! Idk how she found me, but she saw me outside as I was looking confused and panicked. She came to talk to me. I was leaving for California the next day and I got no notice or anything!!! Maddy tried everything she could to get me in social pet, but I was able to get into another boarding place by some miracle (which wasn’t that great either). So this time I decided to sign up my dog for Social pet knowing that they had 3 different locations.
